Default Fed Up! Lets do this already!

I was in Kohl's and was absolutely disgusted by what I saw....pale, flabby belly, dimpled thighs and arms that kept wiggling long after I stopped waving!!! UGH! This is it! My daughter is 3 1/2 years old. I've put it off long enough. I'm tired of looking at my size 10 clothing that used to fit LOOSELY!! My beloved Columbia shorts that gently hung on my hips and my Old Navy tanks that I'd double up to contrast the colors.....try that with an extra 40+ pounds of lard.
Now I hide is jersey capris and t-shirts. Forget a bathing suit. I'm utterly embarrassed to be seen as the fat mom on the beach.
Something has to give and Kohl's was it! OH, it is sooooo on!

Ahhhhhhh! Felt good to see that in writing. So, my two main obstacles? My attitude and my Hashimoto's Hypothyroiditis. My TSH is ideal and near what NORMAL person would be, but this is irrelevant as my thyroid isn't behaving and is taking the wrong directions from my pituitary gland. I feel like I need a boost as well, perhaps something to help my T3 uptake or conversion...I forget which one Mary Shomon mentioned, gotta read the book again.

But I was on LAWL before I had my daughter and it WORKED for me because eating the MANY small meals and snacks actually increased my metabolism as I never had the dips of sugar in my blood.

I'm doing the weekend Jump Start using the Hollywood 48 hour Miracle Diet as the juice for the weekend plan. from what I read this is closest to LAWLs jump start juice.

Anyone else fed up and ready to get er done? Hop on the Crazy Train!!!

Well, I am feeling optimistic, today I weighed myself this morning and I am at 170!! What a boost of confidence. Time to whip out the Windsor Pilates DVDs and get to it!
I'm picking up the Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle Diet for my weekend jump start. I'm doing this with the no carb/sugar/starch thing. I'm also going to up my water to 12 cups a day as I am about a day away from my period and my boobs are HUGE, not in a good way. So hoping that the bloating will subside with extra water intake and the start of my period!
