Default Thursday Weigh-In Results Here for June
I hope no one minds if I start us off for the month. I lost 2.8 pounds this week.

Not sure I really have a secret. Just determination and following the weight watcher's points plus program.

Sure, I'd love to join though I weigh in on Tuesdays, shouldn't hurt, right? today's weigh in is 191.2!

Very nice loss, Blueeyedgirl!! I'd take it while you can because it's gonna slow down as you get smaller.

Great to have you two with us. It really doesn't matter when you weigh-in.

I peeked at the scales today and saw a 1/2 pound loss. Hopefully on Thursday, it will be a whole pound down.

Down 3.4 pounds this week and reached my mini goal of losing 10% of my body weight.
