You look fantastic! Congrats! I can't wait to say I'm down a good number like that!

Have you thought about Jillian Michaels 30 day shred? Many swear by it toning your body amazingly. I am using it, and I'm losing some weight, mostly inches and gaining muscle! I love it! Maybe it could help for your thighs? Even fit people say ti works well for them. Just a thought!

what's mhm? I still feel like im too big to start running. the only time i tried is when i got down to about 200lbs and even then i was AWFUL at it lol!!

Do you lift at all? I know squats, lunges, leg extensions, etc will all help you tighten up your legs and really wont add bulk unless youre seriously weightlifting, etc.

DCChick, in the June runners DO IT thread thingy there's a post for beginners abotu running. And it made A LOT of sense to me. Sorry for hijacking your amazing weight loss thread tomtom lol. If i find the link I'm sending it DC! Everyone should read it.

Also tomtom here is a link for JM 30 day shred, if you can get up and try it out. See if it makes you sweat if it doesn't- I'll do level 1 2 times today! THAT IS HARD FOR ME. You will sweat lol!

http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/UgpuDex8Iuo/ Do you have dumbbells? That's all yu really need, not even need but at yer low weight I'd use em, could try it without though! Let me know I'm excited to see what you think!

Oh geeze I'm all over the place! I'm sorry lol. Also tomtom if you decide to start shredding, there is a thread I could link you to. Most started only 3 or 4 days ago I think? Anyways, okay I'm done! Yay congrats on the weight loss once again!
