Default Hitting the beach...again!
I'm new here (kinda...more returning). I have got to get this weight off that I have packed on from all sorts of stupid reasons LOL. I used to primarily do WW but I have done SB and I liked it so I think i'm going to dig out my SB books and give it another shot

I'm going back to phase 1 soon myself. Best of luck to both of us! I didn't find SBD that difficult, but I ate the wrong things for a little while due to health problems. (I passed out twice at work due to severe anemia. Oops! Can't say I've ever done that before, but I decided my beloved diet plan had to be put on the back burner temporarily, since more important things than my weight had to be dealt with first.) I'm anxious to start shedding off those pounds again, though!
