Who Am I????
OK, a lot of people who are fat are fit - I was NOT. I would walk from my car to work, or from my car to the store, and that's about it.
Then I lost a ton of weight and discovered I like to ride a bike! I mean, I really like to ride a bike!!
So, I joined a 5 person team for a Cancer Ride this weekend in Toronto, and I did 70K yesterday!!! and I didn't DIE!!!
This is blowing my mind more than losing a thousand pounds LOL Here was my view!

CONGRATS!!! WOW. I'm ready to do a happy dance for you myself. And to think I was this close to caving and having some chocolate...all I had to do was look at that pic and say "No way!"
Thanks for the motivation and you look fab!

Trazey, I could not open your attachment.
Great job on the bike ride. I am also in love with my bicycle. I am training for a century ride that I will complete early next year. There is nothing like getting out there and going farther and farther and pushing yourself to do things you could never imagine. I love it!

That is fantastic!!! Great job! I know what you mean. I have become someone who LOVES to workout. I NEED to workout because I don't feel like "me" if I don't. NEVER thought that would happen!
