JL girl, I've been following your weightloss since the 170s (we were in there the same time) and you're such a motivation for me! I KNOW you can do this.

Tiff, you're in the same 12 week challenge as me, and by the end of it you WILL see a loss.

you girls just might need to inc/dec calories, maybe watch your carb intake, inc your H20 intake, change up your exercise routine -- whatever it may be, I KNOW you girls can do it!

I've been jumping back between 133-136 for months now. It's getting really frustrating for me, to be honest. I just want to see that number go down. Please!

I feel like my body just doesn't want to go past that number. Even when I try 100%, I don't make progress in either measurements or weight.

Criss: Have you tried bouncing your calories or increasing your exercise?

Krampus: We really got to get on the ball girl! LOL.

Tiffany: I eat a variety of stuff anything from porkchops to lean pockets! I do NOT drink any cola what so ever..try to stear towards the crystal light & water!

So yesterday turned out to be a HUGE blow! I screwed up bigger than EVER. But I'm moving passed that especially since I woke up this morning to see 134 which puts me 2 lbs away from being BACK in the overweight range of my BMI..which is something I never want to see. So today I have been an EXTREMELY good girl! I have been maintaing my calories, got all 8 cups of my water in for the day, and started working out again..granit it was only 26 minutes of EA Sports on the PS3 but I did burn 115 calories which made me VERY happy. So I feel once I get threw the first week without any screwups I will be on a good track! How are yall doing today?

JLNichols, when you say "screw up" what do you mean? Are you still binging on sugar?

I was already eating the bare minimum for my weight, and yes, I've been exercising more than ever before. Just today I probably burned about 1500 calories through exercise alone.

Some people are suggesting I've gained muscle and I'm just not measuring myself the same every time, or that with my increase in activity, I'm eating too few calories.

Sunshine: I don't know necessarily who you are talking to but if its me thank you

Krampus: It's not just sugar its' everything. EVEN diet food I will just eat way more than I'm suppose too! I did great yesterday though so I'm hoping if I can get the first week down without messing up I will be on a good track! lol

Criss: Maybe you should trying bouncing your calories like going to the high-end of them and then the next day go back down to the lower end. It will trick your body!

Yesterday was great! I stayed w/in my calorie range even though I had to talk to myself some and exercised! I'm going to do the same today too. Tiffany how do you like Turbofire? I'm looking into finding a different workout video and I saw some advertisements for that last night..is it hard to catch on too?

Well good luck to everyone today!!
