120+ pounds lost
size 22/24 to size 8/10
Couldn't walk up the stairs without dying to walking up 100 flights in 19 minutes and THEN running 5 miles.
It took 2.5 years
Calorie counting nearly every day
Hitting the gym 5-6 times per week
And changing every single thing about the way I look at food, exercise, and my body image.
You can see the change on the outside in the picture above, but the changes on the inside are so much more important.
I used to be cynical, depressed, tired, lethargic, moody, cranky, etc.
Now I'm energetic, optimistic, generally happy, and I wake up before my alarm clock daily feeling ready to go!
It was SO worth it
If I can do it, anybody can.
