i eat a high protein diet as am strength training x2 week
i eat complex carbs and low fats- ie only cook in olive oil, and potions control
i dont eat fryed food, i dont use food as a treat when teaching goal
i eat every 2-3 hour
when i have a snack its fruit or dried fruit ie apricots
i dont have desserts, any soda, just plain water
I can maintain this thats the key. I dont feel run down, or tired as all my foods are nutritous,
