I have a Blackberry and I use My Fitness Pal to track calories. There is an app for it on the iPhone as well.

I have used a couple and my favorite (and my good friend's new favorite) is MyNetDiary. The basic is free and it does everything you need. I also have an Ipad, so I had to buy that app, but I love it. One thing I find it is better about is the selection of foods. I hardly have to input ANYTHING. From my atkin's nutrition bars to a Croatian meat dish - it's already there.
I use it for my fitness, has a place to mark notes (so when I ovulate/TTOM _ I can mark it so I understand better the spikes in weight gains and so on). I've been using it for 5 months.

I use Myfitnesspal to count calories and one of the Couch to 5k apps to do that. This isn't health related, but you HAVE to get plants vs. zombies if you like playing games on your phone. Ridiculously fun and addicting. Just thought I'd throw that in there lol

MedChick87 I have spent many countless would be boring moments entertaining myself with plants v zombies LOL
Anyway the apps I use are LoseIt! TargetWeight, and if you want to keep track of your monthly cycle I recommend IPeriod too(there is a lite version that's free or the full version for 1.99 I think the only difference I noticed is that you can change themes)

I recommend you "Eatwit". It is a kind of food journal and free. You can record what you've eaten simply, and if you want you can share it with your friends on Twitter of Facebook. It's fun!

Gosh!! What did we do before smart phones?! Definitely helps tracking easier and more convenient... easier to hold yourself accountable! Love it!
