June 1 - Step Areobics at home for 30 minutes, walk for 30 minutes x 2- total 1 hour 30 minutes
2 - Eliptical at gym for 45 minutes, walk treadmill for 15 - total 2 hour
3 - jog & sprint drills, eliptical for 30 minutes - total 3 hour 5 minutes
4 - Step Areobics 45 minutes - total 3 hours 50 minutes
5 - recreational swimming with kids - total 4 hours 50 minutes
6 - worked at day camp and walked 1 mile* (no am dog walk this week). Not sure how to compute, so I won't
7 - worked day camp and walked 1 mile*.
8 - worked day camp and walked 1 mile*.
9 - worked day camp and walked 1 mile*.
10 - worked day camp and walked 1 mile*.
11 - celebrated b-day - ate everything and did nothing :P
12 - recovered from the week
13 - ran 2 miles, walked 2 miles - monthly total 6 hours
14 - step aroebics 45 minutes, walked 2 miles* - monthly total 6.75 hours
15 - ran 1 mile, eliptical for 30, sprint drills for 15 minutes, walked 2 miles* - monthly total 7.75 hours
16 - roller skating for 1.5 hours with kids, walked 2 miles* - monthly total 9.25 hours.
17 - ran 2.25 miles, walked 2 miles - monthly total 10.25 hours
*walk 1 mile in am and again in pm with the dog and don't count the time
