Me: 219.5, up three and a half a pounds from last week.
This is going to sound like a crazy weigh-in because I lost 6 pounds in the last week. Last week I was up a pound or something from the week before - I hold water like nobody's business during ovulation. Ovulation has passed and WHOOSH!!!! Back down to where I was plus more.
202.0. I didn't weigh in last week (vacation) but that's down 2.4 from the week before. (Wish that 201.4 I saw yesterday was still around, but I'm not gonna let a little bounce get me down. The BFP dropped today, so I know that we're just playing with water.)
Finally hit the 170s with 178 this morning. Water retention from TOM last week and the salty indulgences for Memorial Day have finally left my system! May was a slow month with 5 pounds lost, but June at 2 pounds already is looking promising
132.2, down 2.2lb from last week. Not bad considering I'm on day 4 of my period, and actually more than I expected, which is cheering. I think I'm still in the honeymoon period, though, and I won't be able to manage much of a calorie deficit as I near goal, so long may this unexpectedly rapid weight loss last!
I'm at 130 as of this morning. I'm kind of shocked. I felt like I ate a lot last week. My goal had been to at least maintain the 135 I was at. Yay for happy surprises.
Reading these , I wish I wish I had a "like" button lol.. I would like all of them. You all are amazing and should be really proud of yourself.
As for me, I am refusing to weigh until 2 weeks after I started eating better, which is monday after next.. I am really excited. Monday, I weighed at 163.. I know that if I weigh too soon I might be disappointed and that can lead me to eating something I shouldnt.
