Thats not a bad idea. I think everyone on this board was terrified of starting phase 2. I imagine the best advice would be to add either a grain OR a fruit per day first, that way you can tell if the particular thing is giving you cravings, and you can play around with the time of day its eaten, too.
I remember just wanting to add wine! But it is nice to have a wrap for lunch or pasta for dinner. I still only have one grain/day and I'm terrible with fruit (always have been), unless it comes from the wine
