I joined 3FC seriously on 1/1/11, have lost 56 lbs./25%, and have assembled a platoon, a group determined to give 110% every day to achieving their weight loss goal. Some of the ladies nicknamed me Sarge, so Sarge it is!

Actually am sticking to my calorie balance even with Sistah here! I've been drinking Bud 55's which are surprisingly not bad. We spent the day floating the Salt River (Arizona's Beach Party wooooo! ) and now looking deeply tanned and am super happy.

tmil: Week 1 may have seemed hard, but in a couple weeks, do one day of week 1 and it will seem SOOOOOOOOOOOOO EASY . . . I start Week 6 tomorrow and I'm never sure if I'm going to make it . . . <sigh>

Cheshire: My old neighbor that runs uses some kind of program on line for her running workouts. I think you can put in the length and date of the race and it will create a "running schedule" for you . . . Not 100% sure how it works, but she used it to get a training schedule for a marathon . . . I'll try to call her tomorrow to get the website.
Oh and SARGE, I don't like soft, limp zucchini . . . I like them FIRM and BIG!!! LOLOLOLOLOL . . . OMG I am sooooooooooooooo BAD

Yeah, I gained this week. I'm not very surprised...I kind of knew I was subconsciously letting myself fall off plan since it was the last week of school and I had a good loss last week.
One step forward and two steps back, no one ever gets very far like that!
Pokey-So jealous, the float trip sounds like a perfect way to spend a hot day!

A note about June 1--National Running Day.

OK, I did Week 6, Day 1, but I guess I remembered it wrong . . . I thought I was suppose to run 8 min, 5 min, 8 min with 3 min walks in between, (which is what I did) BUT I was suppose to do 5 min, 8 min, 5 min with 3 min walks . . . OOOOPS, but it was a few extra minutes of running and hopefully will make Day 2 easier . . . I hope
