Default I am so finished!
With the 250's!! Weighed in this morning at 248.8!!! OMG I'm so excited!!! 19 pounds gone so far since January. It's slower than I'm used to, but slower is better for the long haul.

Way to go and congrats to just the first of MANY goals you make through out this process!! And slow IS definitely better. It took me a long time to realize that but it is really, honestly the truth!
