Hey everyone!
I'm Niff. I'm a 25-year-old WAHM of 1. My husband and I are determined to get healthy. He has high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure at 35. I have high blood pressure, as well. Our 2-year-old daughter deserves to have her parents around for the the long haul. I was a member here about a year ago but fell off the wagon, so to speak. Now I'm back, after realizing I just can't continue to live this way.
I just stepped on the scale and it read 227. EEEP! How did that happen?! Actually, I know how it happened. Poor eating habits combined with a desk job 5 days a week. I need to loose 100 lbs at least, but more importantly, I need to be
healthy.
So here we go! I hope you ladies (and gents?) don't mind if I hope on it and make myself at home.
