Default Ideal Protein-Help??
Hello all!! I'm new here but heard this is a wonderful place for many things!! I have been doing the IP diet for 4 and 1/2 months and I am desperate for recipes or something!!! I have lost 70 lbs so far and still need to lose about 50! I need some creative recipes or suggestions...I'm very burned out!!!
