Default Yay. I'm down NINE pounds!

After spending a lot of February, March, and April struggling with stress and binge eating, I've got my mojo back and have lost 9 pounds so far.

Also back to consistent running and feeling my fitness pick up quickly.

I am coming to realize that the best antidote for the kind of stress that leads to binging is exercise, so skipping exercise is a deadly recipe for me.

I'm just really happy that I'm learning that a little backslide does not mean a free for all return to square one!

Still a ways to go to get back to my all time low.

Am hoping that maybe this time I'll blast through the pesky plateau spot that caused all the trouble and get all the way to goal.

Great job! Way to get back in the groove. It's a struggle at times, it really is.

Great news Uber, I'm so glad you're doing so well and the scale is rewarding you for your hard work.
Exercise is so good for me as well in dealing with stress, have been reminded about that over the last week or so as I am just stressed beyond belief right now, but a really hard workout helps me get rid of some of the adrenaline and leaves me feeling calmer and more positive. Oh, and it also keeps me busy for a while so I can't think about food or actually eat it lol.

Amazing job Uber! As tough as it is, I truly believe those slip ups happen for a reason. Something you needed to learn or be reminded of, ya know? Great job listening and coming back with a vengence!

Yay! That's fabulous! Getting back on plan makes me feel so much better. I have been struggling at the same time as you, and now you're down 10 and I'm down 7, that news makes my day!

I'm not quite there yet - but at least I can see the waggon I want to get back on, since January I haven't even seen its tailgate!

Hahaha. My tailgate slipped out of sight around the beginning of February...

I OFTEN think of you and how you check in even when things aren't going so well....

Peaks and valleys. I think that's just how it is.
