hi, i do strength training twice a week and i have completely changed my relationship with wood, i use to drink litres of soda fastfoof, chocolate, just every thatscnot gud for u. I now eat 6 times thoughtout the day - breakfast,snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack- i am eating more, i feel energised,fresh i use too feel the complete opposite to before.
yes i do eat even when am not hungry- because now i get hungry quicker and it definetly works for me, I hav always had problems with my weight my entire life, and 3 meals a day wasnt ideal for me and wasnt working
Congrats uklass, I am the same, feeling great and full of energy as it goes on. I am down 40 lbs now in 8 weeks, and also I eat the snacks (have missed one or two!!) as it keeps the hunger away, you may not be hungry then but an hour later you are, so I just stick to the routine now. Keep it up!
