Default Well,I blow it today!

Went way over my points allowance,used
every point I had plus some! I have 2 days
left till weigh in,gotta be careful & gets some
exercise in!

I don't think that's blowing it. Did you have your weekly allowing points left?

Even if you did use all of those and then some. Figure out what happened that caused that. Then chalk it up to experience, and at your very next meal make better choices.

I used everything! I know what happened,hubby decided to stop & get supper since I had to go to youngest sons football scrimmage game.He didn't make a healthy choice & it used up 24 points,for one meal!I know he meant well since I've been up since 4 am & was getting alittle cranky from a long day.

Well it was nice of him to stop and get something! Perhaps the next time he stops, remind him of a healthier place. Or even if he goes to the same place to pick up food...choose before the food even gets through the front door what you're going to eat. That way you can keep it to a minimum!

Exactly how many points over did you go? I have went over by 5 points (including all my daily and weekly) and still lost (2 weeks in a row). As an added cushion for myself I NEVER eat my activity points just in case that happens or I mis calculate something. You still have 2 days - get in lots of exercise!

Are you a paid WW member, doing Points Plus? If so, you would know that you get 49 weekly points. Even a 24 point meal wouldn't use all your weekly points.
