Well, I am VERY excited to be able to say that I have hit my first mini-goal, losing 10% of my start weight. Today puts me at 30lbs lost, 29.5lbs was 10%. I still have a long way to go, but this is a good reminder to me that I CAN do this, I AM doing this!
My mini-goals are relatively big, the next one's at 230, so not for another 35lbs, but the rewards are big too. I will be getting a small tattoo as a reward for making my first mini-goal. I inked myself when I was 30 days smoke free too. Something about a permanent tattoo keeps it fresh in my mind that this is FOREVER, not "for now".
Anyway...
