I have a long roadtrip coming up, so I'm looking for podcasts to listen to to pass the hours. I've already subscribed to Jillian Michael's podcasts, but they seem to be a lot of "talk" without a whole lot of info. What are your favorite, informative, healthy-living/fitness related podcasts?

I'm listening to an episode of Two Fit Chicks and a Microphone (the Intuitive Eating episode), based on caryesings's recommendation, and I would definitely recommend their podcast. It's a pleasure to listen to them. However, it's not scientific or super instructional (as far as I can tell); they just offer their experiences and opinions. It looks like their episodes run about an hour. I also would love to hear other recommendations!

Most of what I listen to is fitness/sport related rather than weightloss specifically.
I listen to Ben Greenfield (but admit that he gets wordy and technical and it's easy to phase out), Geeks in Running Shoes, Phedippidations, Running Stupid.
I was listening to select episodes of fat2fit (based on topics that sounded interesting)

I'm "auditioning" Fit Women's Weekly podcast, Endurance Planet, The Fitcast, Strong Sexy and Stylish, and The Balanced Bites

I like to browse the "other people subscribed to" section at the bottom of podcasts I like in itunes... gives me some good leads, since the categorizing and keyword searches of podcasts seems to be pretty unreliable.

Fat2Fit radio which is a Weight Loss & Fitness Podcast with Russ Turley & Jeff Ainslie.

I really enjoy listening to their show because these guys offer sensible advice and information, and are all about getting sustainable results over the long term. Check them out!
