Default 20 lbs!!!

From February 15 to today I am officially down 20 pounds! It feels amazing. I hadn't successfully lost more than 10 pounds in years. Thank you all for all of your support and encouragement! After I lose over 2 more pounds, I will be in the 130s, which I haven't seen in 4 years! I am so excited to see my old body gradually returning to me. I've missed it!

Congratulations!! We are the same height and nearly the same weight and my ultimate goal is the same as yours. Before SBD I never dreamed I could get to that weight again, especially at 49 years old. I couldn't on any other diet before. You must be so happy and pleased!! Great job.

WOW! I started 10 lbs less than you and it took me 22 (or 16 if you count the restart from holiday gain to Jan 2010) to lose 20 lbs. I just did so last week. It is a HUGE accomplishment when you don't have much to lose. My goal is the same as yours.

You should be very proud of yourself!
