I just do Zumba 3 times a week (usually Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) and do some arm weights at home on my off days.

You make me feel like I should step it up!

My History: Started MRC Sept 1, 2010....lost 40 pounds from 209 total around Feb, 2011....took a "break", gained 10 back...now I'm getting fit.
