Hello! For the first time in my life, I feel empowered to continue my weight loss journey. Thankfully, my hubs is along for the ride! We recently did 9 days on the 17 Day Diet, where I lost nine pounds. I loved the loss, but really struggled with the diet. My hubs hated the diet, and advocated to go to WW. No problem! There are aspects of the 17DD that I agreed with, but love all the options of WW. I have had success with WW in the past, and know we will this time as well.
