How tall are you? It may just be that you've reached the best weight for your body, and your body wants you to be at that healthy weight. Unless you are extremely short, losing more weight might be unhealthy for you.

What plan are you on? How many calories are you consuming? You are 104lbs and trying to lose weight? How tall are you?

At 5'3" and 104 pounds, you are at the VERY bottom of the "healthy weight range". I dont necessarly rely on these charts, because of my own hight/weight ratio, but I would have to say 104 pounds is pretty tiny!!

Are you sure you need to lose weight? Have you spoken with a professional regarding your weight loss? What is your main goal in losing weight? Appearance?

** Edit- also just noticed you are consuming 900-1000 calories a day? That is far too little. Not only is it not healthy or good for your body, it could be preventing weight loss. If your body doesnt recieve what it needs to function daily, it will put itself in starvation mode, in which case, it would store all the fat it could from the calories it is consuming and rather use muscle to feed itself. No good...

billi!

I think at 5'3" and weighing 103lbs., losing any more weight would be very unhealthy. Your body is resisting shedding any more weight because you are at your setpoint.

I cant imagine that your butt or thighs are big. But maybe try working out.. doing lunges and squats to make them more defined.. I dunnoo.. hard to say..

Not at all. I'll give the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise, though.

At 5 foot 3 and 104 pounds, as others said, you do not need to lose anymore weight. If you're dissatisfied w/ the way your thighs and rear look dropping more weight is not going to help. Lunges and squats and the best way to help out thighs and buttocks. Get yourself a personal trainer to help you firm up what you don't like. If, at your weight, you're STILL not happy w/ your looks and want to lose more weight you may need some type of therapy for body dysmorphic disorder.

Good luck!!!
