Maybe change up your exercise? I stagnated around 190 until I started doing different exercise and then it started shifting again.

Thanks Theyda, I've been trying that but nothing. It's been a couple months and I just can't seem to do anything.

Congrats on not giving up Talisia What do you eat on a typical day? How many times and what kinds of foods? Are you following a particular plan?

I was wondering this too. You're almost halfway home so you've been doing something right!

I generally eat roughly about five times a day and generally nothing bigger than the size of my fist. When I go out with friends I generally order a bowl of soup and that's it.

Normally I'll eat through out the day chicken generally grilled, rice, peaches, hard boiled eggs, tuna fish, and sliced tomatoes or grape tomatoes.

*edit added*Though on the plus side I have lost inches. I've gone from a size 28/30 to a size 16/18 sometimes 14 in US women pant sizes.

Perhaps you are building muscle If you look slimmer it is better than simply weigh less.

Yes, I seem to be losing just as many inches as pounds too and while the scale creeps along my clothing size is going down quickly. It happens like that sometimes, strange, but I'll take it. Doesn't it feel fabulous to have more clothing options?

Yeah you're on the right track! You've come so far I agree that the scale isn't always the best measurement but I'm in love with it anyways!
