Hello Everyone, Im new to this website as was hoping that maybe some of you can give me pointers. Im 176 pounds and I want to loose about 50. I dont have a date set as to when I want to loose the weight. Pleasde share all the tips you can with me. :-) Thank You. PS-- You Ladies are so inspiraional!!

It's awesome that you don't have a date set! I think it's definitely better that way and just focus on actually losing. I actually do Body For Life and I exercise 6 times a week 3 days it's 20 minutes of intense cardio and 3 days it's 45 minutes strength training. I love it because it's short and I can always fit it in. AND more importantly it's effective.

I eat 6 times a day between 1200-1300 calories and I allow myself 1 free meal a week. There are so many different ways here you just have to find what fits you the best and what you can live with. I can definitely live with mine forever and I've tried a couple of different things. Are you already working out?

Thanks for answering. Actually I have been doing portion control and alternate food sucks as eating fruit instead of giving into my cravings. I just started working out yesterday, 60 mins of cardio.
