Starting weight 176. I too want to loose 5 by may 1st. I'm going to try and work out tomorrow morning. Any ideas on how I can start off. Was thinking of water and walking.
Im starting off on Weight Watchers. I downloaded an android app for it that tracks and calculates everything, great for when I'm at work. Speaking of work, did I mention I work at Dunkin Donuts. Yeah so that's another challenge ontop of my mountain of challenges, working while surrounded by tons of donuts and cookies, and sausage and cheese ect...... but we can dooooo it!!!!!!!! Water and walking definatly effective. my gym just went 24 hours for the summer so that will definatly come in handy.
I'd love to join too! My goal is to lose 5 pounds or more by May 1st, drink at least 64oz water each day and exercise at least 30 minutes 6 days a week.
Kristian, that's a toughie working at DD but, I know you can do it!!
So my scale says I've gained a pound. Which is disapoonting. But I've been dieting and hitting the gym so I think its just muscle. Idk I'm at work now and I plan on going to the gym later. I've got to do this!!! I'm not giving up till I'm in a friggin bikini.
