FRIDAY 5/9/03

EXERCISE
20 minute bike
20 minute treadmill
30 minute weights

BREAKFAST
oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
mixed berries = .5
bacon = 2

LUNCH
ww shrimp marinara = 3
salad = 0
parmesan & almonds = 2

DINNER
chicken sausages = 10
bun = 2
veggies grilled = 2

SNACK
pineapple = 2

DAILY TOTAL = 26
WEEKLY POINTS BANKED = 1
WEEKLY ACTIVITY BANKED = 4 (did 5 today, but at ww you can only count 4).

8 SF jelly beans ( boy did I pay for those )

Reflections ~ I started doing a little "mindless" eating on the cheese today BUT I STOPPED MYSELF. I'm so happy about that. I thought, no I am not going to blow all this hard work.

1/2 potato w/cheese = 3

SNACK
kettle corn = 4

DAILY TOTAL = 27
