Not yet, I need to pull all my stale bread out of the freezer first and since I'm the worst procrastinator on the planet I keep putting it off. I should really do it since I just bought another box of panko from the store.

Panko are japanese bread crumbs, they make things really crispy and yummy.
One of the things I miss are having fried things. But as long as I bake with panko crumbs I don't really miss the fried things. I just make my own "fried" stuff.
The latest thing I made with Panko was "fried" fish sandwiches. Mine were much better than what you can get at some greasy fast food place.
Basically, to use panko, you have to pat dry what ever meat you're going to use. I generally use paper towels. Then you lightly coat it with flour, then dip it into a wet mixture, I typically use either egg whites & water or egg whites & milk. Then you coat it with the seasoned panko bread crumbs, you can season plain panko how ever you want(southern, cajun, italian, etc...). You could coat the meat with panko without the other steps but it really doesn't stick as well.
