I rent a suite that was built onto a friend's large house. I have my own little kitchen here, and I keep healthy foods like cut up veggies in my small fridge.
If I want to have a snack that's not a vegetable, I have to make the decision to go all the way upstairs and across the house to the Large Kitchen, to where I keep my "other" snacks like my Skinny Cow treats and popcorn.
It's not that I'm lazy and wouldn't make the walk, I go upstairs all the time... it's that I have all that time to think about if I really want to eat those calories!
