Talking Lost my First 6.38 pounds...and quickly...
Ive been playing zumba and cut sugary drinks and watched what i ate for about 2 weeks now... and ive lost 6.38 pounds...it feels like a miracle! Its always been so hard for me but today i did Zumba twice just because i was proud of my results... I just wanted to share this with every one because for one i am PROUD... and 2, For all of you who have never gave zumba a shot...please do because it is fun, yet its excersise...

Do you have a tape (which one) you dance to or do you go to a Zumba class? I heard it's wonderful but I'm a bit intimidated...clumsy with the feet!!!
