Default Lost the first 20:)

I'm so happy today! I have lost my first 20 pounds since I started! I was looking at my ticker when it hit me I have lost 1/5th of what I want to lose. I found myself thinking "I can do this 4 more time!" LOL! I'm not suppose to weigh until tomorrow. I chose Fridays to help get me through the weekends but I woke up today and just had to know. I'm so glad I did because just the other day I was feeling really crappy cause I ate so much of a certain food that I shouldn't eat that I felt I had undone all I had worked for in the last 37 days.

What A way to start the day!!

YAY!! Good job! I hear people say that the first 10 is the easiest to lose, which I think so too because of water weight, but the next 10 I think are the hardest. It's when the real work shines through and you have to be dedicated to which ever program you're following, so you should be so happy and proud of yourself for the 20 lost! That's awesome!

Go you!!! 20% done in your journey. I think the getting started is always the hardest part, and you're already well on your way. Major props!

I highly recommend finding things that are 20# and carrying them around so you can really visualize how much 20# is! It's a heck of a lot! And you should be incredibly proud of yourself!
