Default I just RAN for .5 miles!!

I know it's not a ton, but it's the first time I've run for .5 miles WITHOUT stopping!! Yes, it took me 7 minutes at 4.4mph, but I RAN WITHOUT stopping for .5 MILES!!

It'll ONLY get better from here!! Wonder if I should work on the amount of time to get .5 miles in or the length first?

Just wanted to share!

Have you heard about C25k? they say they can get you from the couch to running 5k in weeks. Its something I am thinking about trying, I have never been a runner but its something I would like to start working on.
Thanks for the motivation

I recommend distance first, then speed.

Congratulations! Running goals feel amazing, and you're right...it only gets better from here! .5 miles is a huge accomplishment and you should be extremely proud of yourself!
