SHE!! We're so excited! I've been convinced she was indeed a she from the beginning, and I think we both were favoring having a little girl first. I just can't wait for tea parties, and Disneyworld dressed as a princess, and all the fun shopping! Of course, she will also be camping and fishing with her Daddy, but I'll make sure she has pink ribbons in her hair when they head out!
The first pic is baby's head on the right and her big belly on the left. Second is baby from above; her arms are crossed in front of her and that bright spot on the left side is her right knee. Third is a shot of her cute little fists! I can't wait to meet her!!
My best friend (Molly) is having a girl July 4, Chris' sister (Angie) is having a girl July 28, and we're still waiting to find out about my brother and his wife (Ryan and Kara) as they're due Sept 12. Praying for a girl! It's the year of the girl! WE ARE TAKING OVER!!!!!
How wonderful! Girls are so fun and I speak from experience as we have two and although they are grown women now, I have so many fun fun memories of them as little girls.
Thank you, everyone! We are so happy! And Daddy already tells his princess how much he's going to spoil her. Oy vey! I think he's going to need to get a part-time job to pay for it all!
Zeffryn: I promise as soon as I look pregnant, I'll post. I was in my pre-pregnancy jeans buttoned all the way up on Tuesday. I'm in maternity jeans today, but only because I'm bloated from last night's dinner. I'm still waiting for this little one to "pop"!
We've already decided on her name and it will be "Leilani Crystal".
"Leilani" means "gift from Heaven" in Hawaiian and is in honor of my Hawaiian heritage and "Crystal" is in honor of Jason's beautiful little sister that passed away last May.
It's the girl name we've favored since we found out we were expecting and when we found out she was a girl, we both knew that was the name for her!
