It was on a food replacement diet that we have here in the U.K called Lipotrim.
I don't have much of an appetite like I use to, all I have in the morning is a spinach, sweet pepper, onion and mixed cheese omlette, with a green tea or glass of water, snack will be mixed nuts but not all the time, lunch a few boiled eggs with feta cheese and sweet peppers and for dinner boneless chicken with steamed cauliflower, broccoli, chillies and sweet peppers.
I don't have the chicken that much for dinner as I don't really have an appetite, so instead of seasoning and whacking it on my George Foreman grill I will sometimes have another omlette with spinach.
