ok folks. i admit it. i'm looking for sympathy.

i ate something this morning that TOTALLY disagreed with me [about a tablespoon of corned beef on a cracker, topped with a little cheese, and nuked so it was hot - and YES, i let it cool before i ate it].

it came up. but my TUMMY HURTS. and it's been a few hours. the pain usually passes by now. so, i'm soothing it with liquids. currently diluted red grapefruit crystal lite - cool, but not iced.

i'll be ok - just not happy right now.

and so ends my little pity party for today. in a few minutes, i'm going to DUST NOT

Hmm wonder what upset your belly? was the corned beef fatty?

I had a banana before bed last night and I am paying for it still this morning. I just can't eat late in the evening and I should know better... sigh.

Must have irritated something thing in there...done it! I know how that goes! Even years after surgery, I still have issues like that.

Take special care today and let what ever happened heal.

Jiffypop. I feel your pain. I ate pasta last night. I usually don't have it because it tends to slide right down, but I got a piece stuck and paid the consequences.
