How are you rewarding yourself as you lose weight? I am thinking about getting a charm bracelet and adding a charm for every 5 pounds I lose. I rarely buy myself anything so this will be a real treat.
Ha Seagirl I was going to say the same thing, its kind of a forced reward, after losing 50 pounds nothing fits! I have had to replace almost everything I own including bras and undies!!
Although today I did spoil myself and bought an iPod to help me find my motivation for working out lol
I too reward myself with smaller clothes!! Great feeling! I really want an e-reader and am thinking of rewarding myself with that when I hit goal - we'll see they are $$
