I was going to do Crack the Code but when I went to the Bookstore and leafed through the book it was way too complicated and not specific enough on how to do it. Also she had various "recipes" in the book (like Wendy's cheeseburger omelet) that didn't sound appealing, but no listing of what types of foods you actually needed to take to substitute for it.
I still think the idea of switching on and off to fool the metabolism makes lots of sense, but I couldn't figure this diet out.
