Default 10 minute mile!!
I just reached a new exercise goal! I have been trying to run a 10-minute mile forever. When I am at my most fit, I can run/jog for a good distance, but I have always been super slow. I have been working on increasing my pace for months, and I finally broke a 10-minute mile!!

I felt so strong and healthy!

I love what my body can do!

That's awesome! I hope I could get up to that speed too. My nickname in college was "the sloth" so it would be a nice break. ^-^;
