Default Lost 10kgs! (22 lbs)

I started this latest weight loss journey at 101kgs, (222 lbs) on Jan 1 this year.

Less than 7 weeks later, and I have lost over 10kgs! Down to 90.9 today. (200 lbs)

I feel so much better already, my back is healing, I can power walk, I can bend down, and I am hopeful that I will reach my eventual target, for the first time in YEARS.

I had a horrible setback shortly after this, medication issues, binge eating, etc. I went back up over 92kgs in short order.

Normally this would have defeated me, I would have given up and put all the weight back on.
But this time, I got back on track, and am now down to 90.7kgs, 199.5lbs. Onderland!

Charging straight ahead! I start C25k training today.
