Our WW leader told us to pay attention to the sodium in foods. She said if we ate dishes with less sodium,it will help our weight loss. I try to stay away from processed food, and most canned soup. I'm new at WW,so I am learning new ways to lose, but love that no food is off limits, just need to follow some basic nutrition rules.
