Hi, I'd love to join in this. I've really hit crunch time just now, so the more challenges for motivation the better.
My aim is to lose 5kg in March, it's a high goal, but I've still got a lot to lose and am planning on really working hard this month.
Starting at 89KG 196.2lb Target is 84KG 185.1lb
My non-weight related goal is to be successful in reaching week 7 of c25k by the end of March, and therefore be jogging 25mins non stop (which right now sounds far harder than losing 5kg does!)
