Default 26lbs down and broke 200's i am so happy
Today i weighed myself , i reached my 1st mini goal of 1 stone in 3 weeks and then today i reached mini goal number 2 ... i am under 200's woooooohooooooo so delighted 26pounds gone in 8 weeks... i am so happy, i love this site i am new and already am feeling really positive reading all the posts from people in the same boat.. super motivationg thanks

Congratulations!!!! I don't know what it is about onederland, but that was by far the most exciting mini-goal for me. Something about seeing a "1" on the scale is so exciting. Way to go!! 26 pounds in 2 months is AWESOME, by the way. What have you been doing to lose weight? Are you following any specific plan?
