You. Like. Working. Out. You like the way it makes you feel, you seem to like pushing yourself, you're still losing weight. Why would you stop doing something you like when its healthy and good for you?

Could you take a rest day? Imo, for sure, assuming you kept your calories in check for that day; I don't know if you're eating back calories you're earning exercising, but you clearly couldn't on that day.
