Default My Weight Loss Journey
Before IP this is what I looked like...eeek! The first photo is from July 2009 when I went on a 3 day, 18 mile backpacking trip - man was I huffing and puffing! The second is from December 2009 (with my husband's family). The second photo is THE photo that made me do something about my weight. I started IP February 2010 - here's to never looking back

On to more recent pictures! Although I don't have any from the last couple months, here are some from after the majority of my weight loss.

The first photo is from April 2010 at my friend's bridal shower where I got to show off my weight loss for the first time! I was down 25lbs at that point. The other two photos are from the end of this summer when I was down about 35lbs. I still look pretty similar to these - hopefully I'll have some more pictures for you when I get back from my birthday weekend on the 26th and 27th

This post I wanted to do separately since both of these photos are from consecutive wedding anniversaries. The first photo is pre-IP at my 4th wedding anniversary in August 2009. The second photo is 35lbs gone after starting IP on my 5th wedding anniversary in August 2010 My husband has been so supportive and he loves his new "skinny" wife (his words not mine!)! Our relationship has changed so much.

Ty for sharing your pictures, you look great! I'm sure he loved you just as much before but is really loving your new confidence which shines through! Good for you. I hope to feel better about myself and gain confidence as I start this weight loss journey. May I ask what IP means?

I can see a difference, Cassie. I guess it would be hard for you not to look good , but you are really emerging more? I hope that comes out the way I mean it.

Cassie, you're gorgeous. I especially love the difference in your anniversary pictures. You go girl! Also, I think we might be twins - in that picture of you and your hubs on the big rock, I have that tank top and sandals too! ;-)
