Default New Goal!
I got my body fat measured professionally today for the first time since I weighed 225 pounds.

I started with my body fat percentage at 27-28%. Give or take a few percentage points potentially positive or negative.

Now at 200 I am sitting at 17.2% body fat as a 6'2 man.

My goal was originally 190, which I have discovered as of today, is a very realistic, very likely goal.

I am setting my goal now to 185 which should leave me at close to 8% body fat so long as I continue playing my cards right. I know I can go this distance. I have the determination for it.
