Talking Second Mini Goal Down 5 More to Go

On February 17, 2011 I reached my second mini goal at 199! I'm super excited! My first mini goal was to exercise for at least a month because I knew that if I worked out a full month I would keep it up. I didn't even lose anything the first month (I did a lot of weight lifting but everyone said I looked like I had lost weight), but I kept up with it and now 8 pounds later I've reached my second mini goal. I'm very excited that I've been able to do this while I'm in school and working and everything. I'm hoping my next mini-goal comes as fast as the last one! I can't wait to reach my goal weight.

When I reached my goal weight I bought myself some weight lifting gloves and some metallic pink fingernail polish. I haven't decided for my next goal yet I have 12 more pounds to go before the next goal weight. Below is a list of my my weight loss goals. If anyone has any suggestions about what I should do for myself for my next goal let me know. I'm open for suggestions! Wish me luck!!!

10% (187)
15% (179)
20% (166)
25% (156)
30% (145)

XOXO,
Kat

Congratulations!! Isn't it just a fantastic feeling to step on the scale and see a 1 in front??

Depending on how much your measurements are changing, I might recommend getting some cute new clothes as a next mini-goal reward / necessity. I also like the idea of this coupled with wearing a super-flattering new outfit to a girl's night out if you have some friends that would be interested in helping you celebrate.

Congratulations!

^ Clothes do sound like a nice idea. Or maybe a day trip to somewhere you've been wanting to visit?
