Talking Just checking In, thanks to responders

I said I'd aim to check in daily but yesterday we had to take my daughter's car to the shop and later we went to 2 stores looking for healthy foods at a discount. I am behaving and am not craving sweets of junk just now. I will have a healthy lunch, chicken on a tortilla with hummus and lettuce later, plus a few sweet potatoe chips and scallops for dinner with salad. This leaves me room for yogurt and fruit etc. I need to start some exercise!Thanks to the ladies who responded to my post several days back, I appreciate it!

That's great that you've planned healthy meals all day long and will have good foods in the house. Just take one day at at time and you'll see small results quickly.
