Default Never thought 30lbs would be so easy!

I can't believe I'm actually posting here. I told myself that if I hit 30lbs, I would. The forum is amazing and you girls (and guys) have taught me so much, given me so much inspiration and faith in myself.

I began to wonder if the weight was going to come off. I dunno why, I was worried I was somehow different from the people that have had so much success on here. But maybe I'm not. I haven't been starving myself, I haven't been killing myself working out, yet here I am...30lbs lighter in only a month.

Just realizing how many calories I actually consume and then cutting them to about 2000 or less a day has worked so far. Moderate exercise and strength training with a resistance band 3 times a week.

Wow. I feel so much better. I can now officially say: I weigh less than I did when I was 9 months pregnant! Yay!....because before I weighed more, and that was an AWFUL thought!!!

I might actually succeed this time! I can't imagine going backwards now.

I know what you mean! You think that only "those" people can do it. Whoever "those" people are...and when you realize that you can be one of "those" people it's such an amazing feeling! A huge congratulations to you!!

Great job! I also noticed a big difference in how I felt once I lost about 30lbs.
